We want every order to be something you and your dog are happy with. If something isn't right, we'll work with you to make it right — no stress, no runaround.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. If we sent you the wrong item or it arrived damaged, we'll take care of it no questions asked.
To get the process started, just shoot us an email at info@thewolfdenco.com with your order number and a quick note about what happened. We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
Just a heads up — shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
Perishable Items
We don't accept returns on perishable items like supplements, chews, and sprays — these can't be restocked once they leave our hands. The only exception is if your item arrived damaged or defective. In that case, contact us right away and we'll make it right.
